Playabets Hosts R60,000 Gates Of Olympus Ascension Leaderboard
Playabets has launched a new Gates Of Olympus Ascension Leaderboard promotion, giving South African players the chance to compete for a share of R60,000 in cash prizes.
The leaderboard runs from 28 September until 5 October 2026 and features 35 prize positions. Players compete by recording winning multipliers on qualifying Gates Of Olympus Ascension category games, with higher multipliers resulting in a higher position on the leaderboard.
Players need to opt in before taking part, while qualifying bets must be made using real money and meet the promotion’s minimum stake requirements.

How the Gates Of Olympus Ascension Leaderboard Works
To participate, players must first opt in through the Playabets promotion page. This needs to be completed before playing, as bets placed without opting in will not earn leaderboard points.
After opting in, players can place real-money bets of at least R2 on qualifying slots within the Gates Of Olympus Ascension category. Bonus funds and Free Spins do not count towards the competition.
Leaderboard positions are determined by winning multipliers. The higher the multiplier a player achieves, the higher they can move in the rankings. The leaderboard is updated throughout the promotion so participants can keep track of their position.
There is also a tie-break rule. If two or more players finish with the same number of points, the player who reached that score first receives the higher position.
R60,000 Shared Between the Top 35 Players
A total of R60,000 is available across 35 leaderboard positions, with the largest prizes concentrated at the top.
The player finishing first receives R12,000, while second place earns R10,000 and third receives R7,500. Fourth place is worth R5,000, followed by R4,000 for fifth and R3,000 for sixth.
Prizes continue further down the leaderboard, giving players outside the leading positions something to compete for. Seventh place receives R2,000, eighth gets R1,500, while ninth and tenth each receive R1,000. Cash prizes then range from R900 to R200 for positions 11 through 35.
Final leaderboard results will be verified after the promotion closes. According to the terms, standings should be confirmed within 48 hours of the end of the promotion, subject to the provision covering promotions that finish on a Friday.
Winning players must claim their cash prize through the leaderboard page or their Playabets account within seven days.
What South African Players Should Know
The Gates Of Olympus Ascension Leaderboard is available from 28 September to 5 October 2026, so players interested in participating should check that they have opted in and are playing eligible games before placing qualifying bets.
Only completed real-money wagers count. Bets made with bonuses or Free Spins, as well as cancelled, refunded, void or incomplete bets and game rounds, are excluded. Playabets can also disqualify participants for fraud, collusion, irregular betting, technical manipulation, bonus abuse or breaches of its applicable terms.
For South African casino players who already enjoy multiplier-based slots, the leaderboard adds a competitive element to regular play without requiring stakes above R2 to qualify. As always, the size of the prize pool should not determine how much you wager, and there is no guarantee of winning a leaderboard prize.
Players looking beyond this promotion can also compare the online casinos we feature to find quality gambling options available to South Africans, including sites offering slots, live casino games and regular promotions.
Participation is restricted to players aged 18 and over. Gambling should be treated as entertainment and played within affordable limits. Anyone experiencing gambling-related difficulties can contact the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation on 0800 006 008 or WhatsApp “Help” to 076 675 0710.
